Over 60,000 employees working at over 2500 stores, warehouses and support offices across the British Isles can feed their suggestions and feedback into the centre using our Improlity software.
The introduction of this software has allowed us to build in data and reports previously held on ‘Office’ documents and to streamline our process, thereby increasing throughput capacity.
The user-friendly graphics and systems mean that users, particularly our many evaluators, have had no problems converting to the new software. For submitters we can now offer the option to submit ideas from the comfort of their own home as well as at work.
For senior management, progress can be monitored with just a couple of mouse clicks using live ‘Instant Reports’ whilst evaluators have this and other pertinent information at their finger tips on their home page.
