Konecranes has used Improlity´s customer claim and supplier reclamation handling software (Pro Q) now about 5 years and with good experiences. Pro Q offers us a real time visibility to our customer claims and supplier reclamations globally. Via Pro Q reporting we are able to see e.g which supplier got the most of the reclamations on last period. Pro Q offers us the tool to stand on the pulse of the customer claims and supplier reclamations.

We took the system in global use in the years 2007-2008 and since that it has been improved and streamlined to mach better according to our needs. During the ramp up years 2007 and 2008 Improlity showed their strengths of doing this kind of software to the global company. The biggest strengths of Improlity are flexibility and quickness. Due to capable resources Improlity is able to do tailoring quickly and sometimes even based on telephone call. This means that big and sometimes bureaucratic meetings are not necessary needed and still the software works and it is administrated fine. It is easy to recommend this kind of software builder for smaller and bigger companies.

Sacotec Components operates in Riihimäki and has 50 years of experience. The company employs 60 people and is the only industrial-scale foundry in Finland manufacturing high-precision investment castings.
